Check-in e Check-out;

Check-in takes place from 2 pm and check-out must be done by 12 pm. If the room is available, we will be happy to accommodate you in advance, please inform us in advance. The guest is always welcome to use the social areas of the house before check-in or after check-out, if necessary.

Cancellation:

1. Cancellations 15 days or more before scheduled date: full refund of deposit.
2. Cancellations 8 to 14 days before the date of visit: 100% of the deposit amount will be retained and may be used as a credit towards a subsequent visit to be used within 6 months (excluding holidays and city festivals such as Carnaval and the Literary Festival from Paraty).
3. Cancellations up to 7 days before the date of visit: 100% of the deposit will be retained.
